I CALLED AROUND TOWN LOOKING FOR THE BEST RATES ON HEEL REPLACEMENT. THEY TOLD ME THEIR RATES WERE $4.50 TO $7.00 PER PAIR OF SHOES. I DROPPED OFF 2 PAIR AND THEY GAVE ME A TAB OF $30.00. I TOLD HER WHAT SHE SAID ON THE PHONE AND SHE DENIED EVER SAYING IT. I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE FOR ANYTHING OR RECOMMEND ANYONE USING THEIR SERVICES. MOST PLACES ONLY CHARGE $6 TO REPLACE A TAP OR HEEL (EVEN AT HAAKY'S IN THE MALL). THEY ARE CHEATING PEOPLE AND I HOPE THEY GET CAUGHT.
