That guy sounds like a customer turned down by a waitress or couldn't convince the waitstaff there was a fish hook in his primavera. I'm a seasoned critic, rating Culinary Gurus such as Giada De Laurentiis, Emeril Lagasse and Mario Batali. This is Occoquan,VA and not NYC, this little pearl would measure up.(1) suggestion, dont be afraid of Parsley, such a pleasantry for the senses. Sorry for the lack of an official critique, but was rushing to Charleston, didn't have the means to record the entire meal, atmosphere and staff (which was top notch).MGR on duty (claimed it was his 1st week, but was confident, kind and in control) was every owners dream. I give it 5 stars for a suburbian restaurant, but definitely think it would be a competitive establishment in San Diego, Key West, etc. SIGNED - X/CC Alison C. FEB2012
