Pine Crest does have very nice apartments....Unfortunately, the employees (and ones wife!) are rude, lazy, and what is far worse and intolerable is the FACT that they are unethical, unqualified and horrible gossips! They tell everyone elses private business, and then tell it to more people.......they have no respect for anothers privacy and I mean not only morally but ALSO legally. It's a terrible shame that what has the potential to be a great community will continue to suffer greatly due to management. \r \r The maintenance (one lives on grounds) is a disgrace at best. An embarrassment and a definate law suit waiting to happen in winter not to mention HUD violations for charging MONEY not checks MONEY is locked out after normal business hours even though he lives on the premises....and I repeat The many memos saved say cash and he asked for cash......refused a check made out to Pine Crest?????Hmmmmmmm interesting....wonder how HUD will see that. \r I could go on but it's nothing a tenant there does not already know! Ill save the best for later. Pros: apartments are large and nice. Cons: management, ethical treatment, not falling on ICE every year, having a maintenance request fulfilled and if so not being treated rudely
