He is a lying cheat. I went with ralph to fix an ac compressor, the fan was broken. We toke the old one out and went to a junk yard to get a new one. ralph loved to brag about how much he makes off of these stupid people. hope you buy your heating and cooling things from him, he always needs to cheat someone .
