I rent out several residences, and have called them out to have my locks re done on most of those properties. I get exactly what I ask for each time, and if something needs replaced I am educated on why and what is needed. Which has happened once, which convinces me that they have not tried to abuse my lack of household lock knowledge. I just have no complaints, and I recommend them for residential help. When I get a office I will update this review to include commercial experiences with Denver Lock & Key.
