Forget about your diet the day you go to First Watch. Sure, you can choose from any number of low fat breakfasts as my family did. Not me though, I went for the good stuff. The big mongo sized pancakes are awesome. Ask for extra butter as I did and have a ball with it. 3 will fill you up if you're a pretty hardy eater as I am. Get there early as the Longwood restaurant fills quickly. They offer some sort of psuedo-reservation system. Just get there early otherwise you'll be sitting in plastic chairs out front (w/the smokers)watching people that ate too much exit the restaurant.
