I originaly went into his store to get my ring my husband had just bought looked at. when he looked at it, he told me it was cracked. It was 14k white gold 1 1/2 carat diamond bridal set. I was shocked. Well, I returned the set at 8am. I called him 10 minutes later and by 2pm I had a platinum almost 2 carat total weight bridal set for $200 more put together just for me. He is truly a people pleaser. Trust him - he has been in the business for over 30 years. All i can say is wow.
