United heating and air used the fear tactic on my grandmother by telling her furnace was leaking deadly gas into her home. This came just a week after it had been inspected and declarede fine for a year+\r

Once my grandmother was convinced, they installed a unit that costs around $500 and charged $2,400. This isn't the primary issue she had.\r

The kicker, they took her old unit directly to another customer. There apparently wasn't much wrong with her old unit.\r
\r
Trust is obviously not one of their virtures.
