At the very first visit from Vince Ramella I was very confident that this would be a good company to work with....and it was!!!! Vince was very thorough in his inspection and in his explanations to me of what would be done. He took care of everything - working with the insurance company - and keeping me informed of what was going on. Yesterday - right on schedule, they installed my two ac units. He had explained to me what would take place and it went exactly as he had said. The service people that did the installation were exceptional! Only wish that all service people could be as nice and efficient as they were! My thanks to Vince and Jasper for a totally good experience.
