Apartment is in a great Saratoga location. Freshly painted with ample closets and storage space. Few things to complain about. 2 phone jacks not in working order. Electrical outlet not in working order. Deterioration under kitchen sink. Bathtub drain closure broken, tub finish deteriorating.
