My husband and I were blessed with bedbugs the day before his birthday and luckily we live in an apartment where they will get an exterminator in to get rid of them. The apartments have a contract with a different exterminator company but they couldn't make it out until almost a week later. There was no way that this was going to work for us. So they called Pest Express to come in the next day. \r

The level of customer service I received on a 5 minute phone conversation was just wonderful. Richard made me feel at ease about a horrible situation and assured me that his technician was on his way. I was loading things into my car and was greeted by Dale who was friendly and understanding. His level of communication was also very comforting. He told me everything that he was going to be doing and then later called me to let me know that everything went well and when I can return home.\r

I know that bugs are their job and they are used to dealing with them; so when they were empathetic to my situation and treated it with the utmost sense of urgency, I was more than impressed to say the least. \r

I highly recommend Pest Express to anyone that has the unfortunate run-in with a bug problem. They are absolutely wonderful!
