Review content:
Rent was high for the apartment size, but still better than some places. The place they get you (and won't admit to it) is that during the summer months, your utility water bill will shoot up about $70 dollars. Presumably for watering the lawn, filling the pool, etc. THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE LEASE. They will deny it, but when water goes from under $10 a month during the winter to over $80 a month in the summer, it's awfully suspicious. \r \r Also, if you don't make complaints, they will be your best friends in the world. However, if you start complaining about anything, they will make your life there hell. \r \r When you move out, it isn't even worth cleaning up, because they will charge for a full-cleaning of the apartment, even if you did everything they wanted you to do. Pros: hot tub Cons: parking, utilities, management
