Review content:
I am a person who loves cupcakes, so I was excited when I heard about this place. When I walked in there was a long line and when I got up to order, they did not have good service. I sat down at their bar to eat and the cupcakes lacked flavor and their icing was too sweet. The candy on the top of my cupcake was hard and did not taste like anything. I asked for a cup of water and the lady behind the counter gave me attitude. I would not go to Sprinkles again because of the lack of flavor in their cupcakes along with their bad service. For being a store that is solely cupcakes, they need to revamp their recipes to make it better.
