Review content:
Gustav's has good soups and sandwiches. But today we had the worse service I've experienced in a long time. The waiter took over 10 minutes to even take our drink order - it then took him another 15 minutes to bring us our drinks and take our food order. After waiting over an hour, we requested that our food be takeout and he didn't even apologize for the long wait. We were having lunch after the big rush as well - so he wasn't slammed in terms of tables. He never checked in with us to let us know why it was taking so long, didn't bring us the customary bread rolls or even pretend to be anything but throughly inconvenienced by our presence saying ""no problem"" at least 10 times. The food is decent, it is overpriced and after continually getting bad service, I will never eat here again.
