I have been a fan of the Eclectic Chef ever since it's opening. From the amazing pasta salad to the great gourmet to go, the Eclectic Chef has become a staple of the small Summerville dining scene. My personal favorite is the Strawberry Bleus salad. Loaded with fresh strawberries and candied pecans this salad is to die for. I have never had an issue with the staff and have always had quite an enjoyable experience while dining there. While the portion sizes have fluctuated it does not deter from the quality of the food. As long as they keep the fresh ingredients and friendly staff I will continue to go there. To the other reviewer I recommend going back again. The Eclectic Chef is, in my opinion, quiet wonderful!
