I love Move Studio and its Chogaflow class. Yes, it's yoga with a chair for balance. Sounds easy, but it isn't. I have never hurt myself as I have done at gyms in the past. The strength and balance I have gained in only 3 months doing Chogaflow only twice a week is phenomenal. I am 64 years old and 80 lb overweight and was rooted into my recliner for the past 5 years or so. I was about to need a walker. No kidding! Valerie Rogers developed Chogaflow for people just like me, and even regular yoga students do it and find it a great workout. I don't know what I would have done if Chogaflow and Move Studio had not come into my life.
