I am in a wedding with nine bridesmaids. We were looking for Jim helm. Some of my friends went in to try on dresses and had a terrible experience. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called the store to see if they carried different dresses. I would be driving 45 minutes to get there and didn't want to make the drive if they only had one for me to try on. Ana told me she would only look up two and that I would have to come to the store and look for the rest myself! Doesn't make me want to run in there. Not very helpful! I guess since the store is always packed she doesn't need to be nice and doesn't need the extra business of nine dresses. We will gladly give the business to someone else!
