Review content:
I decided to use Stan Carlsen Body Shop because they were local and they had good reviews. My car had been involved in an accident and they re-did the entire fender and front end of the car. They dealt with the insurance company and did well; they had a good relationship with the claims adjuster. They gave me an estimate and called me when additional work was required.
Aaron was very personable and his communication was good. I spoke to him on the phone but never actually met him. I would drop the car off early, before he was there, and his father would receive it. They were a pleasure to deal with.
I told them what my goals were and they worked with me. They were honest and straightforward, and there were no surprises. They took all of the thinking out of my hands. The car looks as good as it did before the accident, if not better.
