Businiess name:  Dennis Desilva Studio 7

Review content:
We hired Dennis as a wedding photographer because his portfolio looked very good. We were also foolishly impressed by the fact that celebrities were among his clients. \r \r He appeared very self-confident, even arrogant, but his work was technically outstanding and we decided that he had all the rights to be proud. We were confident to have hired the photographer who was technically the best on the market, and although his manners were a little lacking, we though that we were hiring him for his photos, not for his niceties. Well, that was a big mistake. \r \r Dennis was bossy and rude to the guests and even to the Officiant and Maid of Honor.Overall, he did not put us at ease, and the entire time we felt that we were ?not good enough? for him. We felt like we were ruining ?his art?, and ?his photos?. \r \r After the wedding, we selected the photos we wanted and sent him a list in the mail. This not to incur in a 7% surcharge if we selected the photos late. After that, we called him many times to confirm that he had received our order. Our calls were always directed to voicemail and getting in touch with him even by email was always a challenge. He finally said he had received our list, but lost it. \r \r So we sent him the list of the photos we wanted by email. For four times we called and emailed \r him repeatedly to confirm that he had received our request and for four times, in a span of 4 months, he told us that he had had computer problems and he had lost our list. \r \r When we finally received the proof of the album, 5 out of the 14 photos chosen were missing. In addition, on one of album pages the same photo was present twice. When we pointed out the mistakes, he became irritated at us for being so demanding. \r \r Our overall impression is that he doesn?t care about anything else but himself and has very little consideration for his clients and other vendors involved in a wedding. He might be nice to you if you are a celebrity, not if you are a common human being. Pros: Techincally outstanding Cons: Rude, bossy and a primadonna
