My son lives in this building what a dump! If you have a maintenance problem good luck they do not fix ANYTHING! My son spent 2 hours waiting for maintenance to let him into his apartment the lock broke on the door (he reported it several times prior) they had to break the door to make entry that was 1 month ago and the lock still is not fixed. He was sitting in his apartment tonight and there were mice running around he has never seen them before today he calls maintenance and they tell him that they are not exterminators that he needs to take care of this problem himself! That is bull he pays alot of rent for this dump and they will not fix anything when my son came for the initial tour of the building I was with him and I told the lady that we read bad reviews online she told me that was just disgruntled ex-tenants that is bull. I cannot wait until my sons lease is up in December so he can get out DO NOT RENT FROM THEM THEY ARE SLUM LORDS!
