Waiting more than 15 minutes to get help, Al was closing a deal with a customer buying a used lawn mower. The customer told an off color ethnic joke that Al laughed about in response. Really? Disgusted, I left without being helped. Al's is not the kind of business I want to deal with. I went to Stark Street Lawn and Garden on 118th and Stark where I received prompt, excellent, professional service.
Ignore the one star as I don't think Al's even deserves that much of a rating.
