I have gone to MANY different eye doctors in the past, and this is BY FAR the worst experience I have ever had with getting glasses and contacts in my life. The entire office is unsanitary. The staff is not helpful all and very disorganized. The merchandise is incredibly overpriced. They had no samples of contacts to give me to try out the brand I was switching to. The doctor had little to no knowledge base or recommendations about contacts at all. The equipment is outdated. I had to ask them to make sure they were doing everything they were supposed to for my eye exam.\r

All of this, however, I could somehow get past if the end result was acceptable. 2 months after I ordered and paid for my glasses, I still have not receieved them after being promised them within 2 weeks of my appointment. \r

There are tons of good doctors around the area. My suggestion is to go to ANY OF THEM except this one.
