Superb attention to sophisticated and delicate flavor and balance, where the whole family (3 generations) is in the kitchen and out front - making sure nothing is left to chance. Pastas: homemade including fillings (RAVIOLI to die for!) -- Sauces: homemade -- Tiramisu: OH YES! Veal: you'll never eat elsewhere after their piccata or marsala... Pizza? You don't KNOW pizza till you've had Vince's. It's ALL too good for words! No wonder Mohammed Ali, Sinatra and Donald Sutherland sought it out! It's one of Detroit's FINEST ""semi-secrets""...for over 40 years with the same family!
