Hands down Cari and Sidney know the health, fitness, & nutrition business better than anyone else in this town. Each training and diet program is tailor made to fit the individual client. This is truly a concierge health and nutrition facility that is second to none. Their commitment and dedication to your fitness goal does not end when you leave their training facility as Cari has no problem calling at 6Am to get you moving.
If you want to socialize, go to Equinox. If you want to get in shape there is only Health Palace.
