I have been told so many times over the phone that someone can repair something, only to find out too late that they are not able to deliver as promised. So, when I called the store the day prior to bringing in my computer for repair and was told they could fix my problem within an hour (Best Buy's repair service was going to take almost 3 weeks), I was very leery and prepared to be disappointed. Not only did they do exactly what they said, but when they were done fixing my problem, Jacob (the owner) called me over to ""teach me a few things"" that I could do to keep my machine running optimally. Who offers this kind of free education? Wow! Like I'm going to believe that a $12/hour Big Name Computer Store's employee is going to do that? I'd be lucky if that person was even able to find my computer in their back room! The staff was friendly, they returned phone calls with questions I had prior to my visit, and I just never felt like a number. They were also less expensive than any other computer repair shop I had contacted (which I didn't expect since they are located on Wilshire in WLA - high rent district). Their service is well summed up by their email address: fixittoday! Thank you to everyone over at Computronics for making a potenially miserable situation simple. Pros: Friendly, speedy turnaround Cons: Store could be better organized/cluttered
