Review content:
I don?t believe the customer is always right. But if the customer is asking to understand what was done to their computer and why its not functioning the way it should after ""repairs"" of over $150, I dont believe that customer deserves to be verbally assaulted. I also believe that a business owner should have good customer service skills, which involve not only talking to the customer but listening to what they are saying, a quality I did not find in the owner of Computronics. In reviewing the work performed by the technician, I caught him telling me 2 things that were untrue. First, that when he reformatted the hard drive he used ""the disk I provided"" to reinstall windows, so he didn't know why it wasnt working. I did not give them a disk. Second, that the windows version they installed was ""the latest version that came out"". That was untrue, because the version that he installed in February of 2008 did not have Service Pack 2, which all releases subsequent to 2004 do have. I believe they use one very old version for installation. From my experience I do not believe they see the high value in retaining customers or see the value in getting repeat business, and how detrimental being rude is to those cash flows. \r
I believe that for every 30 positive reviews, only one are written by a customer and the rest by Computronics employees. I highly recommend that you STAY AWAY FROM COMPUTRONICS at 11755 WILSHIRE BLVD!!
