Found this place to be very unorganized; deadlines were never met, I had to call at least 3 times each time I wanted to speak to the person that could help me.
In my case, they took 2 days (an extra 24 hours than promised) to do an $85 ""diagnostic"", the result was ""we need to send this to Northern California and can't guarantee a cost."" The inital estimate rose from 200 to 300. Plus, when they offered to ""give"" a laptop on the first day, they actually meant ""rent"" for $85, a fact that they bothered telling me only after paying the initial diagnostic fee.
I would say that they seemed very disorganized, not great in house capability and mildly dishonest. These guys might be alright for the basics if you don't mind chasing up on them constantly to make sure your deadline's met.
