Since we joined the HighTechLending family in August of 2008, our experience has been repeatedly positive. Our business has not only grown over 100%, but we as a company have evolved to a higher more professional standard. I can only attribute our growth as a company, as a direct result of our merger into the HighTechLending family. From inception the service we received has always been courteous, prompt and professional. As 1st class treatment is the norm, and the management staff is very resourceful, not to mention only a mouse click away.
Our files are promptly underwritten in accordance with specified guidelines, with few if any add on conditions. Loan documents are promptly received, in less than a day, and the funding department always performs impeccably. As always, the end result is a smooth and timely closing.
Looking back on our decision to join HighTechLending vs. the competition, we can honestly say we are confident we made the right choice, and our P&L agrees.
