Do not use this company or auto mechanic, they do not give a crap about their customers, or rent Uhaul trucks. They rented us a truck and once we loaded it, it would not start. We called the 800 # and started the process for roadside assistance, while waiting for the ""mechanic"" to call us back, someone came along and offered us a jump. so when I called to cancel it, they said to not turn it off, to which I asked, what about when we have to get gas? They told me to call the place we got it from, and I did, and they said to just let it run while we got gas. We put gas in it, and the gauge did not reflect it, so we figured it was because we didn't turn it off. When we took it back, they turned it off, and it did restart for them, (naturally), and then they said that we hadn't put enough gas in it. He stated that it only got 10 mpg, and so when I asked him how much gas does it burn when it sits idle? That it had to run 45 minutes through no fault of our own? He said his hands were tied. In other words, ""Lady, I don't give a sh*t about what happened to you, I still get paid"". WHO WOULD WANT HIM OR HIS COMPANY TO WORK ON THEIR CARS? IF THAT'S HIS WAY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE? BEWARE!
