Review content:
This was my second time coming to this jewelery store. I had purchased a wedding band there the first time. Then I dropped off an expensive watch to be repaired. I was told it would be $30. A few minutes later, I was told it could possibly be an extra $20 because of the way the watch was made. I asked them to call me if it was. I never received a phone call. They called me to tell me that my watch was ready and I asked how much it would be and they replied $30. I show up and its $50. Not only did they charge me that $20 the face of my watch was scratched up. I said something and their reply was oh. They didn't care!! They called me up after and left a message that they would fix it for free. I already paid them an extra $20, how is that free? What condition will I receive my watch in if I send it back to them? All the diamonds would probably go missing. Never ever going there again. Can't even be bothered to call them back. Oh, and my battery is dead. Cons: Hacks!!!!
