In an accident.
Baron had it 1+ month (insurance only $$ rental for 1 month - we $$ extra not wanting to rush Baron)
Car fithly inside/out alignment obviously crooked.
Interior doused with febreeze!
We called and they were excepting it. Baron said bring it in in a week(?!). 2nd time body work on outside better - inside crap. Baron paid for rental 2nd time ( only supposed to take one day and I think it ended up being 4 or 5).
For the $$ service should have been much better. I liked that it was a small, tidy shop our car the 1st time (we did not rush them at ALL) was truly inexcuseable.
Exterior bodywork was completed the 2nd time around, but the interior still problem
Also if the estimates would have been near the actual our car might have been totalled. A very disappointing experince.
