Review content:
Typical government bureaucracy! Long wait lines, not enough staff, and a ""what do you want"" attitude from many. With all of the expansion in this area, there needs to be another DPS office built, or an expansion of the current location. Who supervises this location? Most of the staff act as if they are literally doing you a favor by doing their job. Absolutely NO customer service. The information you receive is entirely dependent upon the employee with whom you speak...one person tells you one thing, while another has no idea what the other is talking about. What a joke!
