Review content:
As a former tenant, I strongly urge not to go to Tara Cooperative. I spent three days cleaning,scrubbing, painting, and physically exhausting myself in he process. I scrubbed every wall, painted every nail hole, I scrubbed every surface in the entire apartment to make sure it was exactly like it was when I moved in, and except for the carpet it was. Then they looked me in the face and told me it was dirty. Only me and them know what they deserve for conning a single mother out of more money than she could possible come up with. If you move in this horrible place you will regret it.
Pros: two nice parks
Cons: the staff and policies are unconcievable
