\r The ""white glove"" service is a joke. No one came by to help us with the paint colors. The 1st crew showed up asking for the paint and left. The sales guy Antonio 678-201-3567 came back and tried to make things right. We gave them a bark sample and asked for satin finish. Later, we realize they used gloss paint. Antonio came back and said they were matching the current finish ""in my 16 years experience, this paint on your house is semi-gloss"". Well, the builder's painters left behind the paint formula and finish inside the fusebox. He was quiet after that. What fustrates us more is that it has not been 2 weeks and the paint is starting to bubble and peel. I've been told this could be because they failed to scrape the old paint before the new paint. Also, we had a brand-new wooden door installed a week ago. We gave them a 3 day notice as requested. The painter showed up with NO PAINT AGAIN. They primed it. Called the office and they were suppose to come out 2 days ago. They were a NO SHOW, no excuses, no appology. We called yesterday and they did show up today WITHOUT LADDERS. The last straw is the fact that the new door looks like it's warped.\r \r I paid in full when they asked for the check. PLEASE, IF YOU IGNORE THIS POST AND USE THEM ANYWAY, DO NOT PAY THEM IN FULL BEFORE EVERYTHING IS INSPECTED. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. I will post pictures of their ""work"" on my house after checking with my attorney.
