My glasses broke and I needed to get in quick. Anderson's was the one I found after checking many others. I got good directions and both ladies I spoke to on the phone were courteous and helpful. When I got there there was a problem with my insurance-they waited while it got worked out, never suggested I leave. The waiting room was congenial and not all clinical and cold. They told me my actual apointment time was over, but I could either reschedule or they would fit me in-wow! I chose to wait and they were apologetic but I chose to wait and it was fine. They actually got me in pretty quickly, and both Robyn and Dr Anderson explained each step of the process to me as it happened. Loved it. I got to choose my glasses, and they worked within my budget without making me feel like a cheapskate. This place is a class act. My only con is that I wish they were open some hours on a saturday, but this will be my place from now on, and I have already recommended it to others.
