Review content:
I have lived at the Dulion apartments for a year now. The rent is expensive for what you get in return. They add a 58.00 hot water bill to the allready high rent. In the winter the steam heaters either are too hot or you are freezing. In the summer you have to run the window ac's constantly to stay comfortable racking up a big electric bill. The worst part is Kahn properties takes no pride in the outside of the building. There is a dead tree in front and knee high semi dead weeds all summer. There are numerous section 8 people living throughout the building who never leave to go to work and are constantly drinking beer all day and never move their cars that are parked in front of the building sometimes days on end. There are no dishwashers. Compared to other apartments in the area these apts are over priced.
