I will never go to Masseys Auto works again and Its sad because for 21 years this is the only reapir shop our family went to .Heres our story:our car was sitting up there for 2 weeks ,we had to call them to check on the process,they never called to report any progress ,I finally called to see what was going with car and Jimmy said,You know I dont even want to work on the car anymore,I was in shock and in disbelief,I guess because of the year of the car(1991.Firebird) nhe didnt know how to fix it.How sad and very unprofessional.Thank-goodness its at a dealer shop right now who are treating and communciating with us..Run go to a dealer becasue if Massey cant or dont want to fix your car,it willl sit
