My home in Wilson, NC sustained major damage after a fire last June. If you haven't experienced a house fire first hand, it is difficult to understand how helpless you feel. Enter Mark Adams. Mark introduced himself and explained that he and his Arco team were available to help me. They began work that night by covering the hole in my roof caused by the fire. It was a rainy night, and covering the hole surely prevented more damage to my home. At that time, I had no idea that Mark, his team (Brent and Ron) and I would be working very closely for the next 4 months. Mark and Arco took care of everything. I had no idea on who to contact to start the process of rebuilding. Mark took the time to explain the entire process to me. It was quite a relief to know that I didn't have to worry about pulling all the resources together to start the repairs. Mark and his team took care of everything. I am sort of a ""control freak', which Mark picked up on pretty quickly. He always asked my opinion before beginning major tasks and kept me updated continuously throughout the four-month process. His patience with my many questions and suggestions was greatly appreciated, and helped me feel that I still had some control over the situation. I would like to publicly thank Arco, Mark, his team and the many subcontractors that helped put my house back together and helped make it a home again. The house turned out beautifully and I was very proud and relieved to move back in. If anyone reading this has experienced damage to their home from water, fire, etc., I highly recommend contacting Arco. You will not be disappointed with the excellent service you will receive.
