Lisa and I wanted to tell you and The ARCO Team Thank You for everything!! We knew that when we saw Mark that night we wanted him to rebuild our house!! It was one of the worst things we have gone through and right from the start Mark and Tony made our lives easier! The night of the fire Mark and Tony were there only a few hours after it started and several hours before it was out and they were able to start boarding up. While they were there they both made us feel at ease about our house and that they would take care of it just like it was their own. The one thing that really stands out to my mind is the 800 Board Up Bag with essentials in the bag for Lisa and I such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, water, flashlight batteries just to name a few. When we lost most everything we owned we were not thinking straight to know what we would need when we went to the hotel that night. It really meant a lot to both of us! Also Mark was on the phone make sure that we had a room that would take pets and I know he was on the phone for a while. It is hard to put into words the feelings we had that night and in the days after. I was in the hospital for 4 1/2 days the next week and the 1 visitor that meant the most was Mark Adams!! He didn't have to go to Rocky Mount to see me but he did and also wanted to let me know that he was taking care of things for us. Having to go through what we did I have never seen anybody be more professional and really genuine than Mark! He really cares about what he does and cares about taking care of the people he is working for! That's why Mark Adams has the great name and reputation in the surrounding areas he has. We know that Mark is truly a great asset to ARCO. Lisa and I moved back in our new house Sunday night and have been so impressed with everything about the house. We are really HAPPY to be home and ARCO and Mark Adams made it happen for us! We can't say Thank You enough!! The quality of all the work was awesome!! A GREAT Team!!
I told Mark that we would be glad to talk to any customers that have any hesitation on letting ARCO do any work or just for a reference! We will be glad to help in anyway we can!
We have gave Mark a nickname while working on our house and it has really stuck with him. Even the other contractors have been calling him by his nickname. "" MARCO from ARCO""
Thanks again for all the hard work and making Lisa and I feel at ease! We have a beautiful house now and are very happy!!
