I have been a customer since 2003 when we purchased our home. They installed the original irrigation system and have maintained that sytem since then, including necessary adjustments and winter shutdown and spring start up, including getting certifed by City of Raleigh. Ed Mutio and his staff have always been prompt, responsive and professional in meeing our needs and fixing issues at reasonable prices. At times, Ed has called me back in evenings and weekends to understand the issues, provide me the explanation and getting the issues resolved to our satisfaction. Most of the time, I don’t need to be home for service requests to be completed. I very highly recommend this company.
