I moved into a house that had an existing contract with this company. I've had to call Water Works three times in the 4 years I've lived here for repairs to the irrigation system they installed. Each time, I had to call multiple times before they would honor their appointment. I have paid for their annual start up/shut down service each year and they will do that as it involves virtually no labor. But if you need help, they will not come. I had to water my newly seeded lawn by hand last fall as they would not come to repair my system even after three calls. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They just do not care at all about their customers.
