My garage door got stuck last week as I was trying to leave for work. Thank goodness my car was outside the garage and not inside! Already late, I googled repair companies and started to call around for pricing. The tech that answered for AustinTxGarageDoor gave me a simple answer- give him my address, he'd come by for free and check it out, and get back to me with a quote. I did, he did, and long story short...he called back with three options for fixing it, from low end to high end. I was able to make a decision based on what I could afford. He made time to come back after I got off of work for no charge, had the parts, and fixed it super quick. All in all, what could have been an ordeal turned out to be a minor inconvenience. TWO THUMBS UP!
