I just recently moved here and was trying to find somewhere close to my new place. I researched and saw the bad reviews also a few good ones and I said to my husband. Let's just give it the benefit of the doubt. U never know...so I took my pet which I feel is like another child to me and my husband. We get there the desk was very nice however the tech Dawn comes out with a muzzle. Places it on my baby and once its on she grabs him by the back of his neck and takes him back. You could hear him screaming. She took forever and we were so worried. Normally for 2yrs we have always been able to go back and hold him n yes he would shake BUT he was totally traumatized. She said when we bought him back we need to bring him early to sedate him. Come on lady. To do his nails. O and by the way. Dawn kept on saying. She. Her. LADY he is a boy. Just believe the ads. Ask around. Ask questions. I was in tears and kept telling my dog I was so sorry. I was really sad.
