I used to go to Delray Fitness until I was deployed in January. I had to terminate membership because I was leaving the state. It is now August and they are still charging me. I called and some idiot told me there was new staff, managers are out to lunch, my paperwork doesn't exist. Now the only way to cancel is if I give them another deployment letter by certified mail? Seriously? I told him I would contact the Chamber of Commerce and the BBB he replied with ""do whatever you want"". I will do everything in my power to sue them and destroy there reputation.
