If your like me and read the reviews then you would think that Dubails is the place to be .Well don't wast your money, the leval of instruction is not what it is hyped to be and the customer service is poor at best . I was hoping to have a good experience and get back in shape . The only thing that seemed to slim down was my wallet. What I have since found is that a good trainer will give you a free training session just to see if this is the fitness center for you. So there are plenty of places around town ,my advice try the others frist you can't do any worse then this one.
