WOW! We had dinner at Seastar Friday June 7th. It was incredible....Fresh sushi for an appetizer, plus yummy scallops Great size portions. Maytag blue cheese salad was so big we shared! and the Halibut was the best I've ever eaten. This is a wonderful Classy but casual reswtaurant and I found the staff to be friendly well trained, proffesional,knowledgable and proud of the restaurant We will go back again and again.....P.S. The best wine list I've seen in Bellevue.
Pros: good parking, great wine list
Cons: too much food
