Review content:
now in many reviews, it is said that the classes are expensive along with the shoes. The shoes are the price of an average pair of shoes so take away a pair of sandals and there's a pair of ballet shoes for you. Once again it is all choices. The older you get, and the higher you excel, yes it may becomemore expensive because you are there more often.I am proud to say i am a member of the Dance Company and yes, its a huge committment, but ifyou really love dance, hen it should be no problem.Everything at Anitas IS professional. You are treated with respect as much as people say there is drama and rudeness.I would like you to tell me one place that doen't have drama. Im sorry, it is not the teachers fault nor Anitas for any drama between the girls/boys.They bring it up to the table becasue they are teenagers.Goodness.The teachers and instructors try to nip it in the butt and keep drama out, but its not easy.Theydo the very best they can. It is not tolerated. They know when you truly love dance and WANT to be there. Its not favorites, its called NOTICING those who care. I have not just grown as a dancer, but as a person. They teach you how to be independent and take care of yourself.Being there a lot keeps me away from trouble.Anitas is my home away from home. I feel happy when i am there and comfortable.and about myspace. it is completely reasonable to keep a great reputation by not putting pictures from dance on a myspace page. they just dont want any dancer getting hurt, which makes complete sense. You are allowed to have a boyfriend if you are a girl and a girlfriend if you are a boy. They just ask to keep personal life and dance separate(very professional) and to clear things up, you do NOT pay for missed classes.I am guessing that the people didn't know what they were doing for so long and just payed anyways(which goes into your money for costumes, so they NEVER ripped you off) I hope this helps many people out. I love Anita's and I woudl nto go anywhere else. Thanks
Pros: great classes, people, shows, instruction, home away from home, prices
Cons: none what so ever
