I have never had such a bad overall experience with a hair solon. Laura cut my hair, and after a consultation and about 10 photo examples of what I wanted the cut was nothing like what I had asked for. She did not even finish drying my hair and I left with wet locks that soon dried into a horrible shape. I left town the next day, and since I couldn't go back to get it fixed (and after that experience I really didn't want to) I called and waited almost a week before hearing back. The woman I spoke with was rude and basically told me it was my fault and that she could do nothing for me since I was out of town. She offered to have Laura ( who is apparently a ""senior stylist"" and the owner) call me, and I have still not heard from her. The cut was very pricy for the east bay, and well below average. I would not reccomend this salon at all. NOt only did I get a bad cut, I was also degraded by a receptionist that should have been trying to help me. There was no apology, offer for a re-cut or even politeness involved.
