Went here several times, always hoping for a better experience. The stylist I saw was consistently late for appointments. And no one ever bothered to a) apologize for the delay or b) explain the hold up and say ""thank you for waiting, it should be xx more minutes"". (Would that not be common courtesy/sense?) If I make an appointment for 2:00, there's a reason I made it for that particular time. If I wanted a 3:00 appointment, I would have made one for 3:00. I shouldn't have to sit waiting for 45 minutes. I think they overbook to make themselves more money, and the client is the one who suffers. And they don't even care. Take your money and your business somewhere where it is actually appreciated/valued.
