Review content:
Sure the ice cream is homemade, but there's nothing special about that. Big Licks is one of probably 50 around the tourist area and from my experiences their ice cream was not as good as any of the other places I've been, including, but not limited to; Garsides, Martel's, Rinaldi's ect... Not only that, but the employees seem very unenthusiastic. There were about 4 customers and just one person was doing all the work while others just sat in the back. The ice cream is ok at best (nothing special), but I gave it a one because the customer service was terrible. Must be a family business... That's the only way the ""employees"" can get away with not cutting their end of the work.
